The Aktas lamp, a unique creation by designer Kurt Orkun Aktas, is a testament to the power of simplicity in design. Crafted with the intention of minimizing visual clutter in commercial spaces, the lamp's hanging detail and cabling have been concealed, resulting in a sleek and modern product. What sets the Aktas lamp apart is its light frame, a single-piece structure produced from bending a 20 x 20 x 1.5mm square metal profile. The lamp's design rights have been registered to Aktas' name by the Turkish Patent Institute, further cementing its uniqueness and originality.

The Aktas lamp has been recognized for its innovative design, winning the Iron A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award in 2020. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
